Enjoyment on and around the Westeinderplassen
The Westeinderplassen is part of the Hollands-Utrechtse lake area. Together with the Oosteinderplas, the Westeinderplassen forms a valuable nature reserve, where there is plenty to do. You can take a boat trip, sail a sloop, follow bike trails, ride a surfboard, relax on a sandy beach or sit on a terrace. The possibilities for fun and relaxation on and around the water are as endless as nature itself. The Westeinderplassen in Aalsmeer is the largest inland water area in North Holland, and it is just a 15-minute drive from Amsterdam. With sixty marinas and numerous boat rental locations, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the water.
